Since 2000 I have been passionately studying health and the human body beginning with training as a Certified Natural Personal Trainer and Nutritionist as well as practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. I then began my studies in Massage Therapy in 2008 diving much deeper into the workings of the body and pain management. I have been working at top spas throughout Wisconsin continuing my education into many healing modalities. In 2017 after the birth of my 3rd child I started learning yoga transitioning into intuitive movement medicine otherwise known as embodiment and in 2018 I was initiated into my natural born gifts as a Native American Medicine Woman.

Throughout my journey I have healed my own chronic pains stretching a span of 10 years as well as bringing healing and pain relief to everyone who crosses my path. It is my purpose and passion to help you achieve health and wellness not only physically, but mentally, emotionally, and spiritually as well. Helping you to align onto your highest timeline.
